Return Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchases from Water Motion. However, if you need to return one of our products, we will gladly accept the return or exchange it. The product must be returned within 1 week from the date of receipt, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Unwanted Goods

If you decide that you no longer want any of the products delivered to you, we will proceed with a return or exchange provided that the return is made strictly within 14 days, with your RECEIPT, or with the DELIVERY NOTE if a SALES INVOICE has been issued, as well as the credit card slip (if you paid by credit card).

If you are unable to return the products purchased from the online store water-motion.gr yourself, our partnered transport company can return them for you for an additional fee.

Faulty Goods

If you purchase a product online and it is found to be faulty, we will replace it (depending on the type of product), repair it, or issue a refund, depending on the case. If a defect appears after the initial first week, the matter will be resolved in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

How can I receive a product?

Once you find the product you wish to purchase from Water Motion, simply add it to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process.

Where can my order be delivered?

All products can be delivered to your home address, an alternative address, or your workplace.

Your order will be delivered via a courier service. A signature is required upon delivery.

If your order contains more than one item, it may arrive in multiple packages at no additional cost.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is free for orders placed through our eShop, unless the product is bulky or heavy, in which case additional charges may apply.

The delivery cost depends on the product and shipping parameters (such as size, weight, remote-area delivery, and shipping method). Shipping costs are not automatically added when products are placed in the cart. The customer will be informed of any additional charges once the order is completed, before the order is confirmed.

When will the delivery be made?

Orders shipped via Standard Delivery Service and in-stock items are typically delivered within 2–4 business days. Delivery times are calculated in business days, Monday through Friday (weekends and public holidays excluded). For public holidays, please allow an additional 2 days.

Your order will be delivered by courier. A signature is required upon delivery. Courier deliveries normally arrive between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, but our couriers may attempt delivery until 9:00 PM. If you are not at the delivery address, the courier will leave a notice with contact information so you can reschedule delivery or arrange pickup from the local courier service point.

Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time.

Please note that if your order contains a combination of products, shipments may be made separately depending on the case.

Responsibility for the condition of the products transfers to you upon delivery. We are not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery. We reserve the right to adjust delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

We make every effort to meet the delivery times stated in this section; however, they may occasionally be affected by external factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of any unexpected delay.

Order and Delivery Restrictions

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • If a person attempts to purchase a product with age restrictions and is under the required age, the contract will be considered void.

  • Delivery times mentioned in this section may vary depending on availability and the delivery area.

If you change your mind

You may return the products you ordered within 14 days, with your RECEIPT or DELIVERY NOTE (if a SALES INVOICE has been issued), and the credit card slip if paid by card.

Product Orders & Consumer Protection

Orders placed through the online store water-motion.gr constitute distance sales contracts, governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force) and the amendments referenced in Presidential Decree 131/2003, as well as the adaptation of Greek legislation to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council of 25 October 2011 regarding consumer rights, which amended Directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC and repealed Directives 85/577/EEC and 97/7/EC.
The Directive was published in the Official Journal of the European Union, L 304, on 22.11.2011, and entered into force on 13/06/2014.
