How can I receive a product?


Once you find the product you wish to purchase from Water Motion, simply add it to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process.

Where can you deliver my order?


All products can be delivered to your home address, an alternative address, or alternatively, to your work address.

Your order will be shipped via a courier service. A signature will be required upon delivery of the products.

If your order contains multiple products, it may be delivered in more than one package at no additional cost.

How much does delivery cost?


Shipping is free for orders through the eShop, unless the product is bulky or heavy, in which case additional charges may apply.

The delivery cost depends on the product and shipping parameters (such as size, weight, delivery to remote areas, and shipping method). The shipping cost is not automatically added when you add products to the cart. The customer will be notified of any additional charges once the order is complete, before confirmation.

When will the delivery be made?


Orders sent via Standard Delivery Service and in-stock products are typically delivered within 2-4 business days. Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays). In the case of official holidays, please allow an additional 2 days.

Your order will be delivered by a courier service. A signature is required upon delivery. Products delivered by courier typically arrive between 9 AM and 5 PM, but our couriers will make an effort to deliver outside of these hours—up to 9 PM. All deliveries require a signature. If you are not at the delivery address when the courier arrives, the driver will leave a notice with contact information so you can call and reschedule the delivery or arrange for pickup at the local courier service point.

Deliveries to remote areas may experience delays.

Please note that if your order includes a mix of products, the items may be shipped separately, depending on the case.

The responsibility for any damage to the products transfers to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for damage occurring after the products have been delivered. We reserve the right to amend or adjust delivery times in exceptional cases.

We do our best to meet the delivery times outlined in this section. However, delivery times may sometimes be affected by external factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will notify you as soon as possible if an unexpected delay occurs that is not due to our fault.

Order and Delivery Restrictions


All products are subject to availability.

If an individual attempts to purchase a product that is subject to age restrictions, the contract will be considered void if the person is below the required age.
